Live Cocoa Chocolate Factory is a small-batch chocolate maker in Vattavada, a hill village near Munnar, Kerala. Every bar is roasted, tempered, and poured by hand, on site.
We roast, temper, and pour our chocolate on site in small batches. No mass production lines — just cocoa, sugar, and whatever we're folding in that day: crisped wafer, roasted almonds, butterscotch, dried fruit.
Everything is made to order in batches small enough that one person can watch the whole process from bean to bar.
