Delivery area

We currently deliver within India only.

Dispatch time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation from our Vattavada factory.

Delivery time

Delivery generally takes 3–7 business days depending on your location, via our courier partners. Remote areas may take longer.

Delivery charges

A flat delivery charge of ₹60 applies to all orders across India, shown clearly at checkout before you complete payment.

Weather and product care

Chocolate is sensitive to heat. During warmer months or long transit routes, some melting or softening may occur despite our best packaging efforts. We are not able to offer replacements solely due to weather-related softening that does not affect safety or taste.
