Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy

Since Live Cocoa Chocolate Factory sells fresh, handcrafted chocolate, our returns policy reflects the perishable nature of our products. Live Cocoa Chocolate Factory is a sole proprietorship owned by Pinoj D (GSTIN 32DVTPD9868N1ZJ), registered at 9/172, Vattavada South, Main Road, Koviloor, Idukki, Kerala 685615.

Order cancellation

Orders paid via Cash on Delivery can be cancelled anytime before dispatch by calling us at 9188411823 or 9562966020. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-returnable items

Because chocolate is perishable and sensitive to heat, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, partially consumed, or affected by weather/transit conditions once delivered in good condition.

Refunds

For Cash on Delivery orders, an approved refund will be arranged directly with you (for example, by bank transfer). Once online payment via Razorpay is activated, approved refunds on online-paid orders will be credited back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, in line with standard banking processing timelines.
